Why We Do What We Do
In 2013 our family planted 10 acres of blueberry plants and became 1st generation blueberry farmers on a 5th generation farm. In 2020, after years of commercial picking, we decided to open the field during April and May for U-pick. It was a good decision! Since then,it has been our goal to provide a family friendly, farm experience to blueberry lovers near and far. So, whether you’re a seasoned pro at picking or you don’t even know where blueberries come from, you’re invited to Wilkes Family Farm.
