What To Expect

When you come to the field wear comfortable clothes and check the weather just in case some rain is forecast. We keep you updated with current field updates on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to let you know what’s happening on site. We provide blueberry buckets for picking and then we transfer your blueberries to a bag for your ride home. No rinsing needed. You can eat them straight from the field or freeze some for later. To freeze, first remove small bits of stems or leaves from the berries. Laying them on a cookie sheet or towel makes the task easier. Then transfer the unrinsed berries into a freezer bag and place in the freezer. Freezing your blueberries without rinsing them preserves the natural protective coating that prevents freezer burn. And keeping a good amount of blueberries in your freezer preserves happiness even when the fresh berry season is over!
