Teaching The Next Generation
School field trips are welcome! Bring your students to learn about Georgia’s top fruit! We love to show everyone who will listen how to plant and grow blueberries, how to harvest, and everything you can make with blueberries! From dog treats to cobbler to smoothies blueberries are the perfect ingredient. Students will get the chance to see our blueberry picker shake some berries from the bushes and even get to pick their own. They can enjoy a small ice cream treat and enjoy the playground for a bit. It’s a great experience for students to see for themselves where their fruit is grown and even how to grow it themselves! Never know who’s in the crowd… maybe a next generation blueberry farmer!
